Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of the date of purchase for a refund.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter in your web order number. If you have any questions, please contact us at office@airhubstore.com. Most returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.

In-store Purchases
For purchases made at a physical Store, please return the item back to AirHub Store for a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges
You can exchange the item instead of refund and buying a new one.

Refunds
All credit card refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. 

Shipping Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or if the item is defective or damaged.
