De Havilland DH.106 Comet 1XB Keychain
This keychain is made from authentic metal from the De Havilland DH.106 Comet, the world's first commercial passenger jet airliner. It was the Comet that ushered in the jet age of civil aviation, making its maiden flight in July 1949 and commencing regular service in 1952 with BOAC.
The aircraft from which this aviation tag is made has an exceptional history. It was the last Comet 1 built, originally manufactured in the Comet 1A version. It made its first flight in March 1953 and was transferred to Air France, where it flew on the Paris-Rome-Beirut route under the registration F-BGNZ.
After a series of well-known accidents involving early Comets, related to metal fatigue and square windows, the aircraft was returned to the UK. In 1956, it underwent extensive modernization to the Comet 1XB standard, receiving reinforced structures, oval windows, and de Havilland Ghost Mk.4 engines. After that, the aircraft served as a flying laboratory for the UK Ministry of Supply under military number XM823 until 1967.
After completing its service, the aircraft was stored for decades at the Royal Air Force Museum in Cosford, and in 2025 it was transferred to the South Wales Aviation Museum. During dismantling, severe corrosion of the wings was discovered, and it was decided to preserve the fuselage and use parts of the wings to create collectible aviation products.
It was from this historical material that the Fuselage Creations team made aviation keychains that allow you to touch the beginning of the jet age. This is not just an accessory, but a fragment of an aircraft that forever changed global air travel and aviation history.

A keychain made of real Sukhoi S70 Okhotnik-B (Okhotnik-B) is a heavy, stealthy unmanned combat aircraft (UAV). The development of the S-70 was started in 2011 by Sukhoi and later by the MiG aircraft corporation. The so-called Russian “innovative” prototype is apparently a “borrowed” version of the Boeing X-45 and Northrop Grumman X-47B programs from the early 2000s.
