Exchange and return

Even if unwanted turbulence hits us in flight, we always have a backup plan.
So what if you want to return or exchange your purchase or gift from the AirHub Store?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days.

To exchange or return an item, please ensure the following:

  • - The product is completely intact and has not been used.
  • - All its equipment is available, including intact packaging.
  • - The product is not included in the list of products that cannot be exchanged or returned.

If a defect was found in the product:

  • - We are responsible for the quality of our products, so we will exchange the product free of charge or refund your money if you find a manufacturing defect or defect in the product.
  • - In the event that you were not able to inspect the product immediately (for example, you purchased it as a gift) and the defect was discovered later, we will also exchange it or make a refund.
  • - Even if you purchased Airhub products from our partners and found a defect, we will resolve all issues so that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Where to run to exchange or return the product?

There are several possible options for returning the product:

After contacting the manager, describe the situation, attach a photo of your product (if you are writing online), and then choose a convenient delivery method as part of the exchange/return.
